LABS TO GO offers full Department of Transportation (DOT)/CDL physical examination services. DOT/CDL physicals are required at least every 24 months to ensure commercial motor vehicle (CMV) driver ability and safety. All LABS TO GO physical exams are performed by NRCME certified & experienced medical examiners. Our examiners are fully trained, tested, and certified in professional medical examination; specifically in relation and adherence to FMCSA new guidelines effective May 21, 2014. Our DOT/CDL physical testing goal is to ensure medical driver safety, while getting drivers back on the road with convenience and speed.

Your thorough physical exam will last around 20-30 minutes and consists of the following: Background Medical, Vision screening, Hearing screening, Height and weight, Blood pressure reading, Pulse, Breathing rate, Temperature Urinalysis Additional testing as appropriate. Please have any specialized medical cards or documentation requests available at the time of your visit. A medical examiner’s certificate will be provided at appointment completion.

International testing: To begin, LABS TO GO collects a copy of all immigration paperwork, payment, and travel dates. We provide all necessary testing supplies and instructions to the U.S. Embassy in the country where testing is needed.
Results: DNA sample results are processed within 3-14 business days. Test results are legally defensible and issued directly to the U.S. petitioner and appropriate immigration authorities.

However, many people with busy schedules have also enjoyed the convenience of our on-location services. LABS TO GO conducts legal and informational paternity testing. Legal paternity tests stand up in court for custody disputes ($325, mobile fee varies). Informational paternity tests are for personal knowledge ($250, mobile fee varies). Non-invasive prenatal paternity testing starting at 9 weeks is available for $1500 (results in 6-8 business days).
Paternity testing can be performed at our walk-in Virginia Beach location or through mobile services at home, hospital, court, jail, or workplace. Results are delivered via email within 3 to 4 business days.
