I completed the Virtual Collection Training with Cheree today, and I am beyond impressed. She was incredibly friendly, highly professional, and wonderfully thorough throughout the entire session. Cheree answered every one of my questions with patience and clarity, and even shared some extremely helpful tips at the end that I can put into practice right away.

I highly recommend her training to anyone looking to strengthen their skills, and I will definitely be returning to her for my refresher training.

Ms. Tamera made what is usually a stressful experience for me surprisingly easy. I let her know ahead of time that I am afraid of needles and was nervous about having my blood drawn. She immediately put me at ease with her professionalism, kindness, and calm demeanor.

She offered me water, an ice pack, and even shared a few helpful tips for managing my fear. What stood out most was her friendly, conversational personality. She kept a smooth, calm conversation going throughout the process, and before I knew it, everything was finished.

The entire experience was quick, clean, and professional. Ms. Tamera is excellent at what she does, and her caring approach makes a real difference for patients who may be anxious. Highly recommended!

I can't say enough good things about Labs To Go at 5511 Princess Anne Road, Virginia Beach, VA! From start to finish, my experience was exceptional. The staff here is absolutely amazing! A special shoutout to Tamara who went above and beyond by staying after hours to finish my “lab work”when one of their machines was malfunctioning. I should’ve been done before closing but the machine kept tweaking. Tamara never wavered. Her dedication and care really stood out — talk about going the extra mile!

And let's not forget Malakiah, who greeted me as soon as I walked in and made sure my wait was kept to an absolute minimum. The level of professionalism and hospitality from the whole team is unmatched.

Everyone here makes you feel like a VIP, and it’s clear they truly care about their patients. If you're looking for top-notch service with a friendly, professional staff, this is the place to go. Thank you, Labs To Go, for making my visit smooth and stress-free. I'll definitely be back!

Tamara gave me my shots today. I’m normally a baby when it comes to getting a needle in my arm, but she was so gentle and it was painless. She was super sweet and kind. All the employees were - highly recommend!!

I can't express the how pleased I am with my experience at Labs To Go Va Beach with Ms.Tamara and Mr. Malakiah. The professionalism and courtesy i was givin exceeded my expectations. As a Disabled Veteran I deal with alot of medical staff and this was the BEST TEAM EVER!! I am a customer for life...Thank you again!!!

I haven’t been to Labs to Go before and I had just run into time issues and needed to get titers, a physical, and a 10 panel drug screen for the radiography program I’m currently in. I needed all of this done ASAP for my upcoming clinicals. Joy and Tamara were amazing! They were so welcoming and made sure I got everything I needed! They were quick, but thorough. The staff are incredibly friendly and very skilled and knowledgeable. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would definitely come back and I will absolutely be recommending to others! They saved me when I was in a bind and I couldn’t be more grateful! Thank you!!!

Clean, quick, friendly staff I was feeling like I was going to pass out when giving blood they laid me down and gave me some candy and water. made me feel confident to continue and they made sure I was safe to drive 10/10 would recommend

Closes at 2pm but the they stop working at 12pm and refuse to take people past that.

Thank you for your feedback. While our location closes at 2 PM, our drug testing services stop promptly at 1 PM to allow adequate time for proper processing. You arrived at 1:01 PM, just after the cutoff time, not at 12 PM as mentioned. We understand this may have been frustrating and will continue working to ensure our policies and hours are clearly communicated. We appreciate your understanding.

The staff is wonderful. I wish I could remember the lady that helped me, but she was the only one working and the phone was ringing back to back to back, she had a few people in the waiting room. She had everyone in and out, and still managed to take care of the phone calls. She’s awesome!

I had a great experience at Labs To Go this morning. I was warmly greeted by Cheree Sione, who immediately made me feel comfortable and cared for. I believe the other staff member assisting was Bria or Briana and she was just as kind and professional.

The whole process was smooth, and their positive energy made what can sometimes be an uncomfortable visit actually pleasant. It’s clear they care about the people they serve, and I really appreciated their warmth and efficiency.

I went there for a blood test and had the greatest experience. I have a history of fainting when having my blood drawn, which I informed them at the beginning and they were really sweet about it. Asia was so quick and efficient with the needle and Cheri was the nicest person ever. They made sure I was comfortable and even advised me to stay back a little longer to make sure I was okay before I left. I will 100% be coming back. :)

Edit: I felt the need to edit the review to say, once more, this place is amazing. My urologist had me do a different blood test for a metabolic panel and the tech was not personable at all, and acted like me having a history of fainting was a burden. So unlike Labs to Go! Labs to Go was so nice about it, and my experience with this other tech only made me love Labs to Go even more. Thank you guys so much!

I was exposed to covid and Labs To Go provided such a clean and professional environment for me to get tested. The staff was very friendly, and made me feel comfortable and my results came back quick. Will be recommending to anyone who needs any labs done!

I love Labs To Go! I’ve been to both locations a few times but my most recent visit was at the Parliament Drive office for a covid test. The staff in front checked me in right away and I was seen shortly after. With the virus going around I was happy to see the testing station I was at had been sanitized prior to me being seen & I’d also like to add I received my results pretty fast. Very professional environment and I’ll always recommend them!

Labs to Go really came through for my family in our time of need…. We needed rapid Covid test since one of our family members had been exposed and us having a newborn in our household… we needed results FAST…. So we are so appreciative and have been singing the praises of Labs to Go ever since. The whole staff is very professional and courteous, and even in the midst of this pandemic they made us feel comfortable and provided us with rapid results and gave us all peace of mind!!
